KEVIN WHITE (Public Member) Kevin White is the Mining Program Manager for the Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment, Division of Energy and Mineral Resources. He previously served in two other roles for this state agency as the first Director of Enterprise Services and as the Associate Director for the Office of Land Resources in the Division of Environmental Quality. Before coming to serve in state government, Kevin was a full-time minister for over twenty years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Communications emphasis from Mississippi College and a Master of Divinity degree with an education emphasis from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Kevin earned both the Arkansas Governmental Manager (AGM) and the Certified Public Manager (CPM) certifications from the Arkansas Public Administration Consortium which is a cooperative program of the University of Arkansas, University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Arkansas State University.
Kevin is married to Vicki, a National Board Certified teacher, who is currently a Reading Interventionist with the Springdale Public School District. They have three adult sons, two daughters-in-law and three grandchildren who all reside in NWA.
