Judge Andrew Bailey is a Circuit Judge in Arkansas’ 14th Judicial District, which includes Baxter, Marion, Boone and Newton Counties. His docket includes primarily civil and domestic relations cases. He also oversees the 14th Judicial District Drug Court Program. He was first elected to the bench in 2018 and was reelected to a full six-year term in 2020. Judge Bailey is a resident of Mountain Home.
