Judge Mark Lindsay, has served on the bench of the Washington and Madison Counties Circuit Court since March 27, 2000. Judge Lindsay has been appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to serve two terms on the Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission. Previously, he was in private law practice for 21 years and was Judge of the West Fork, Arkansas Municipal Court for 15 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting major) and his juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Judge Lindsay has previously taught adult education programs at the Northwest Arkansas School of real Estate, Arkansas Judicial Council, and Arkansas District Judge’s Council (past president). Judge Lindsay is licensed to practice by the Arkansas Supreme Court, United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Judge Lindsay and his wife, Sherrie, reside in Fayetteville. They have three adult children and seven grandchildren.
