Andrea Woods

ANDREA G. WOODS – (ATTORNEY ALTERNATE MEMBER) , J.D., PHR, serves as Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Nabholz Construction in Conway, Arkansas, and manages the Legal Department. Andrea is also on the Board of Directors for Nabholz Companies’ parent group, The Nabholz Group, Inc. Nabholz is licensed to provide construction services in 35 states, with office locations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Connecticut.

Ms. Woods is a native of Fayetteville, Arkansas and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. Woods graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, with additional honors of Order of the Barristers and Order of the Curia. After working as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Ms. Woods represented businesses in civil litigation matters before returning to Arkansas. She served as Assistant City Attorney and Acting City Attorney for the City of North Little Rock, responsible for civil litigation defense, civil nuisance abatement, and day-to-day advising of City employees and elected officials before joining Nabholz in 2005.

Andrea currently serves as Chair-Elect for the Conway Regional Health System Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Advocacy Alliance for the 20th Judicial District. She is former Chair of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and is serving a second term on the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors. Woods is also an active member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law.

Ms. Woods and her husband, Jeff, have been married 24 years and have two children.
