Duane “DAK” Kees is Chief Counsel for Internal Investigations for Tyson Foods.  Dak most recently served as the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, having been nominated by President Trump and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2017.    Before his time as the U.S. Attorney, Dak was a Director of Global Ethics and Compliance for Walmart Stores, Inc., where he managed high-risk corruption investigations. In addition, Dak spent more than eight years on active duty in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he focused on war crimes and other criminal investigations.  Dak currently serves in the Arkansas National Guard as the state’s sole Military Judge in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
